Speedway Australia has been receiving some applications for
mechanics and officials without Health Statements being completed.
The Health Statement is a person’s declaration on the condition of
their own health and MUST be completed by ALL LICENCE APPLICANTS.
Of course a medical examination only needs to be completed by
drivers.

Australia applicants can apply for their licence online or download the
application forms at www.speedwayaustralia.net.au.
PLEASE NOTE: Licence
applications received outside of Speedway Australia’s online system ie – post,
fax or email will incur a $10.00 admin
fee.
Please make sure you add this to the amount payable to the Treasurer (if
sending to the club) or with your payment to Speedway Australia.
PLEASE
NOTE: All NEW DRIVERS must attach a clear legible proof of age document –
drivers licence, birth certificate, passport, student ID or proof of age card
along with your Application Form to Speedway Australia.
