Anyone want to go racing in Tom Price?

Hi all,

Anyone interested in racing in Tom Price on the 24Th of July?
We are possibly sending a double road train up to demob some gear and may be able to cart 4 cars on trailers, depending on trailer sizes, we have light vehicles in Tom Price which can tow the cars to the track.
The next weekend after this is the FeNaCl festival in Karatha, we may also be able to run this 2 night meeting.

If we can get the cars I will organise the rest.

News from Carnarvon

Neil Fancote has sent through the results from the North West Championship meeting held in Carnarvon over the long weekend.

Jim (One I) Andreoli won with Steven Lyall second, Burke Holla ran third.

The Carnarvon boys are running Shark Bay and the Karratha FeNaCl festival.

How about some news from Geraldton?

Hi All

Well it has been a big week.
Tuesday and Wenesday in the 28 deg temps in the Pilbara and then Thursday in the 4 deg temps of Kalgoorlie.

How I hate quoting on work, keeps you away from the fun stuff like family friends and racecars, not necessarily in that order I might add.

Still others have had bigger weeks, Gavin had his throat to stomach valve rebuilt and is enjoying his soup diet, he should go underweight next season.

No one has sent me any info on what is happening in their sheds, why is this? I need some good info to put on this blog, give me the good oil you lot.

If you do not know my email you can reply to driver@limitedsprintcars.com.au on our web page.

Test weekend at Pithara.

Hi all,

Well we headed for Pithara this weekend gone to give some new drivers a lot of track time.

The Millers were there with a car and the young Millers looked good and were on the pace.
Shane Maskell had the ex Krikke motorsport Cool with Norbert Benkesser's 358 motor in it and put in numerous laps in preparation for next year, he was quick and smooth.
Annette had Glen Oliver's 45 car with my seat and put in 100 or so laps, she still has a way to go, we are in need of a driving coach as she does not listen to her dad, or Norbert, or Ed, or Gavin.
She must take after her Mum I reckon.

Thanks to Phil and Jo for the use of Pithara, its a great venue and in need of our support for their calender this year.

Well I have no more news on the team front, seems no one is talking to much at the moment.

Gavin is building a rent an engine or possibly an engine for sale, if you are looking for a budget limited motor give him a call.

If you are in the market for a car I have my 2006 JEI tall cage car for sale, it has the latest XP1 panels on it, it is a roller, give me a call if interested.

Hi All

Howdy everyone,

Well the season is well and truly over but the action is still going on.
Some updates for you all.
  • Michael Armstrong's engine is going to Rickster for a refresh.
  • Team Ackland/Rickster are importing some rather flash gear for next season, could they be moving up?
  • Team Maskell has the old Krikke/Tatnell Cool and are putting an engine in as I type this blog.
  • Team Watson assure me they will run a car next season, and also say Kim Collins has finally got a motor together and should run next season.
  • Team Crabbe Jr has found her dash/engine plate and floor at Murphy Race cars and is smiling again, Team Gavin Davis is putting the maggy in to her engine ready for next season.
  • Team Wodj is working on getting a motor together for next season.
